The 95th Street Farmers Market Every Sunday – Rain Or Shine -- Through Oct.
8 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the city owned commuter lot at 95th and Longwood Drive. The market offers a wide variety of seasonal produce and plants, as well as prepared foods, breads, organic meats, cheeses and much more from regional farmers and providers.

This is a great way to see whether yoga is for you, or to become a regular practitioner. $10 per session, every Tuesday, 6 pm - 7:30 pm at 103rd and Longwood. Celebrate the start of a new school year at Kellogg School, 9241 S. Leavitt, featuring “Shazam!” . Co-sponsored by Christ the King and Beverly Improvement Association, the movie is free and all are welcome; pizza and drinks will be available for purchase.

19th Ward residents can bring documents to Crosswinds Church, 10835 S. Pulaski Rd. Only loose documents with staples and binders removed will be accepted. Documents are shredded on site.

Beverly Art Walk ~ September 21st from Noon to 6 p.m.
The Beverly Art Walk is a free, family-friendly festival of art, music, and community. Start your self-guided tour at any participating venue – walk, bike, or park and jump on a free trolley. Experience work by more than 150 juried artists in 50+ local businesses, organizations, and vacant storefronts across Beverly/Morgan Park-from 95th to 111th Streets, Walden Parkway to Western Avenue-the Uprising Craft Market, as well as live music, interactive art activities for children, and local food and libations.
Utility Board Clinic ~ September 24th, 6-8pm and 26th, 11:00am-1:00pm
The Citizens Utility Board (CUB) and Matt O'Shea will be hosting a utility bill clinic at the 19th Ward Office (10400 S. Western Ave). Residents are invited to bring copies of utility bills (gas, phone and electric) for review with the Citizens Utility Board to make sure you aren't overpaying. There is no cost for this event.
Sip & Shop ~ Thursday, September 26, 6 to 11 p.m.
BAPA, 19th Ward Office and Morgan Park Beverly Hills Business Association will present the 3rd annual Sip & Shop Girls Night Out. Businesses in the train station districts at 99th Street and 103rd Street will offer special sales, beverage and food tastings, demonstrations and more from 6 to 9 p.m., and an after party with live music at 103rd and Walden Parkway from 9 to 11 p.m. Admission of $15 in advance or $20 at the event covers the goodies and giveaways.
